Need replacement window sashs

Question

I tried to look up what I needed, but I don't see it.
One is 5/8 wide, and the stamped number is 1490 18. When I measure it, it is actually only 16 inches from end to end. The string is broken and the part fell out of the window channel. The number in the window is H-C35-54X95. Marked BR in blue marker.
One is 5/8 wide, is stamped number 1490 23. Measures the same length, is for a bigger (wider) window, and the string is not broken, but the part fell out of the channel. this one also has a lip along the outside of the channel. It is marked LR in blue marker.
They are from Home Depot and are non-tilt vinyl American Craftsman windows. The other window is different

Hello. For reference, this is called a channel balance. The 'window sash' is what we call the movable part of the window with the glass. This looks most likely like the S395-15 Channel Balance. Please compare. You also have to choose a stamp option, which denotes the balance's strength. Your old balance's stamp '1490' is from an obsolete rating system. To know what stamp to select, weigh the window sash these balances support. You can use that weight to choose the right stamp option.
