There is a faint stamp on the part: r 29-5. Need two replacements and the plastic parts for either end

Thanks for reaching out! Your balances look a like similar our S380-30 with a 1" shoe. Although, it does appear that the shoe could possibly have a 7/8" depth. To determine if the Series 380 is the one needed for your repairs, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

If the measurement is over 1" you'll need the S385-30 however, if it is 7/8", please let me know as this will need to be a custom assembly.

Your replacement balances will need the 2950 stamp option.
