Need replacements

My window will not stay up. It looks like both of the coils broke. Here are the only number I could locate on the parts:
5.365.638 and 5.232.208 On the top plastic piece.
610.108 On bottom piece with "u shape" notch.

Hello,

Your grey pivot shoe resembles the 15-191 shown below. If it's a match, this shoe is often used with the 1/2" wide S60 coil springs and 15-150S support. Your original coil springs should have stamps on them that correspond to the strength options you'll need. Thanks for posting!
