Need replacements for Caldwell channels

Question

Hi,
On the channels, I found the markings, '21 4 JR Caldewell.' I measured the channels to be 1/2" by 22" (without accessories). I have a little trouble figuring out which accessories to put on the ends. I was hoping you can help me figure that out by attached picures.

How much would it cost for two replacements including shipping. Please include lead time.

I'm not sure what to recommend. This could be either our Series 351 or Series 390 depending on the size of the bottom shoe. The shoe size is the only difference between these two suggestions, so carefully go over our measurements to confirm the best match.
