Need replacements for rear drawer slide

Question

This part has a patent number of 2857233 stamped on it. It was for a dresser purchased new in 1983. I think it is around 3/8' thick at widest part. My measurements are made with an old micrometer and maybe off by some percentage. It is shaped like part # 32-031, but don't know if that is the correct part number.

I would like to purchase 8 replacements if I can and have them shipped to the San Diego area.
