Strangely, I am responsible for hundreds of windows over a decade and I've never had to replace one of these :). I have part 2340 off of a Pella window, but I have not found any pre-made ones. Depending on cost and shipping I will need a minimum of 1, potentially 2.

Hey, Matt.
It looks like you have an extended travel channel balance, which we can help supply via custom order. This balance is special in that it has a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length of 23-5/8".
