Thanks for writing in! There is a chance we can supply the replacement for the window hinge. I'll just need to know the length of the track installed to the window sill.

Based on the orientation of the operator arm, I believe you have the 39-325 X-Drive Split Arm ROTO Operator. The opposite version is the 39-326. To determine if this is the correct replacement, you'll need to carefully compare the specifications below. Be sure to double check that the pin is on the bottom of the link arm.

The compatible handle is the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle. You may also need the 39-534 ROTO Face Mount Sash Bracket.
