Hi Bob,
Mine has resessed adjustment screws, does that make a difference? Also do you have a model that allows for more adjustment than .232" ?

No, past customers have not reported that the recessed adjustment screws make a difference, so I do not believe that will be an issue. This roller can be adjusted for a + or - 1/4" difference in height. We have no rollers that exceed that range of adjustability. Let me know if you have further questions.
