Need rollers for patio screen door

This lable is from patio door.
The screen needs top and bottom rollers. Rollers are not on screen so I can't take picture.
House was built in 1979.

Thanks for posting! I'm not able to use the sticker from the door to identify the rollers needed for your screen door, unfortunately. I'll need to see a photo of the rollers removed from the door.
