Need sash balance for Andersen window

Hello, I need replacement sash balances for this Andersen window. I believe it's a 200 series Narrowline and I need the 837. The bottom sash measures approx 28.5"W x 24"H.

Hey Paul. Andersen balance replacements are most reliably determined by the stamp codes on the old metal box. If you mean that there's a stamp of '837' on the balance box, then our 24-837 would indeed be the right replacement. If not, you'll need to remove the balance box and show us all the stamps on its surface. A specific clump of numbers should determine the replacement you need.
