Need sash balancers

Hello,

I have 4 Milguard windows that need sash balancers. They have never run very well as I suspect they were too strong making the windows hard to close. The sash weighs 26 pounds. Please help me get the right parts.

Thank you kindly for waiting while we looked into this. Your 23-9 stamp is calibrated for a sash weighing 26 to 30 pounds. However, we can supply balances with the 23-5 stamp if you're interested since your hardware is too strong for the window. A pair of balances with the 23-5 stamp will support a sash weighing 21 to 26 pounds. Can you confirm which stamp you'd like to go with? Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to replace? We can get the ball rolling from there.
