Hello, thank you for posting,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You will need a 29" balance. Please also review the metal channel for stamped number that will indicate the stamp option needed.

For the top sash guide, do you have an undamaged version from the other side or a similar window for us to review? Thank you!

The balancer has a stamp on it. It says "c 2840"

the end measures 1 3/32 so it is a 385-29 balancer.

Thanks, Rich

Thanks Rich,

You will need the S385-29 channel balance with a 2840 stamp option.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but we will need to see the window sash removed where we can see the side of the frame to get a full view of the top sash guide.

Here is the picture. Let me know if this is what you need?
Thanks!

Thank you,

The closest we have to your original is the 18-178 top sash guide pair, but you will notice on the left it has an extra extension that I do not see on yours. It is possible this part is hidden while installed. Please take a look and review the dimensions to see how they compare. Let me know what you think!

I'm looking for a small plastic piece that fits into the bottom hole of the window. It keeps the window from running/rubbing on the track. The window instead slides on that plastic piece. The windows are Nuair.

It appears that you are in need of a new face guide. I cannot guarantee a direct fit, but the closest we carry is the 67-030 style. Please review the dimensions and style below to see what you think!
