Need several of these pivot shoes

Pivot shoes are 2 1/16" long, 1 1/4" wide and 9/16" thick (deep). As you can see from the photo where the shoe has been removed from the window, the metal part inside the shoe that the spiral balance attaches to has broken. I have this problem with a number of my windows. I'd like to be as sure as I can be that I order the right part! Any help identifying it would be appreciated!!
