Thanks for reaching out! The 26-244A is not an exact match for your latch but I do believe this will work for the repair. Its opposite version is the 26-243A. 

The case reminds me of the 26-382S Pivot Bar Case. It appears to use the 26-021 Pivot Bar installed in it.

To determine if these are the correct replacements, carefully look over their dimensions on the website and compare them.

I'm confident we can recommend a replacement for the coil balance assemblies. Although, to determine a replacement match, I'll need to see a clear photo of the balance shoe. You'll also need to remove the coils and examine them for a stamp/marking. This will tell you the coil weight option needed for the replacements.

Thanks for the additional photos. The length of your latches looks like it could be closer to 2-3/8". That said, I suggest taking a look at the 26-393A and 26-393B. They each have the same dimensions but their designs are different. Be sure to take a over each of them to determine the best replacement.

You coil balance shoe reminds me of the 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe. It uses the 1/2" Series 160 Coil Balance. The compatible support is the 15-150S Coil Single Support.

To determine the correct coil weight option, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the spring. There is a tutorial below with instructions on how to select the correct option. We show a different assembly but the process is still the same.
