Need shoe and balance - not sure of the part numbers but here's a pic of the window sticker

I am afraid we can't narrow down what you need from that sticker. Can you show us pictures of your existing balance and shoe? From there, we'll do our best to find what you need.

Here are 3 pictures I hope will help. The pivot bars are broken and one of the screws for it has been lost.

This looks a 15-192 Pivot Shoe, which uses our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. The Pivot Bar is an older Certainteed type that is no longer made, but the manufacturer made the 26-175 to replace it. While it does look different, it should work as a replacement.
