Need shoes to repair windows!

Question

I have vinyl double hung tilt windows with theses shoes. The windows are 15 years old and out of some small company out of Canada. Hi-Therm? There are no markings on the windows or any of these parts.

The spiral balances are of the 5/8 diameter size. As I measure the dimensions appear to be 2.5" long, 1.25 inches wide. The thickness appears to be 19/32" at the shoe width.

The piece I am measuring is missing the metal top piece that held the spiral rod, I believe it broke. What would you recommend for a replacement piece for this type of shoe?

Hey thanks for posting. How about our 15-188? This appears to match the dimensions and style of your old shoe. Compare the measurements to see if this can work as a replacement.
