Hello,
The bearings in the roller are loose causing it to scrape on the tracks. Is there a part number or similar that I can use to replace this roller. This is a two part roller. The photo is the roller removed and the mounting bracket is attached to the sliding door. I just need a replacement for the roller part. Thanks

Hello,
We'd be happy to help but what you are showing is just the inside part of a roller assembly. We'd need to see the complete roller assembly, along with the housing width, height and wheel diameter, to research your replacement options. The outer housing may still be installed in the door.
