Need spiral spring replacements

A contractor from San antonio tx says:
Please see attached. Sorry I dont have an image of the hook mechanism. Looked like a small belt clip with a small tab pin in the middle and a small back pressure tab to hold it in place. Clipped directly to the bottom of the sash. No markings to speak of.

Based on your photos and description, it sounds like you may be able to go with our S400-35 spiral balance with a green tip. Take a look and see if this looks correct. You may also want consider purchasing the 75-005 charging tool to help installing the replacement balance back in the window.
