Need support on Window parts (Milgard) _ Balance

Hi Swisco Support Team,

I'd like your support in reordering the following parts. The current window parts we ordered in May 2021 were broken, and we need to order new ones. My home window brand is Milgard.

I'd like to order 4 balances, and I also need help finding the plastic piece in the photos.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm confident that we can supply this balance assembly for you, but too many important details are obscured in your photos here. In order to help, I'll need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance and show me a clear photo of the following details:

Top plastic fitting
Bottom plastic fitting, from a side angle
The metal clip or hook at the end of the cord

I'll also need to know how many in total you wanted to buy.

Please note that an undamaged version is essential. If any of these components are broken off or missing, then we can't help you find a match.

As for the other component, this is unfamiliar to me but we may be able to find something for you. Can you tell me what function it serves?
