I have Wincore 8800 hurricane windows with 48 lb sashes and the plastic clips keep breaking after only about 10-15 cycles. I tried to get parts from Window World and have been working on it since March. The last springs were not assembled as the two tandem springs.
Do you sell a tandem housing like the 15-086 except for 3/4" wide springs? I ordered and received the 15-086 housing.
