though the wheels work relatively well when I clean them and reinstall, they get stuck as soon as I put the door back on the rails b/c the wheels are not secure and therefore the height is lowered. I believe that this is due to the cavity on the bottom door frame (seen on top of the glass in the pic) having a gap between the wheel box and the top of the cavity if that makes sense.
Only thing I could think of is inserting something like a metal shim to keep it from moving so it will function properly. Also, another idea I had was to secure it from the top, but not sure if that would work the way it should. Could it be that there is a part that will fit better into that cavity of the door frame and solve the problem? Please advise, I would hate to have to purchase a new door. I'm extremely handy and can figure out what I need.
