Need the balance to window

Hello,

As shown above I need the balance for my window. I moved into a new house and some windows were missing this part. I was wondering if you could help me find what part this is and tell me how I can order it. Thank you for your time.

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that you are in need of a new coil balance assembly. To further review, we will need to see pictures of the pivot shoe that the coil springs attach to. The window sash will need to be removed to assess a clear view of the pivot shoe. Thank you!
