Need the balancing spring

Question

We have a few of these types of windows in our homes and they're all missing the balancing springs and the windows will not stay open. Trying to identify the part to fix the window.

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid this sticker doesn't tell us anything about the balances you need; really, the only way to know what balance you need is to see an original version. Is there an identical window in the house? if so, can we see the balances from that window? There's really no other way, unfortunately. Let us know what you find.
