Hello, I do not know the make of window these replacement windows are. My landlord died and I don't want to bother his wife right now. Attached are pictures. FYI...The handle in the picture is not broken. Pulled it from another window in the house to show you. Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell a handle that would be compatible with the cover shown here. I wonder if we can help replace the cover. Could you remove the operator cover and show us a photo of the base? I can't make any promises but that should help us confirm.

Thanks buy I have no idea how to remove that cover. There are no screws or anything I see. I'm afraid to break it further. Thank you for checking however.

Ok. I'll look when I get home. I painted the wood after the windows were installed. Hopefully I didn't "paint" it to the wood. Lol.
