Need the entire crank replacement

Hi, there is nothing to identify the window that is legible that this crank is attached to. After the window was open the crank did nothing to help close it. The wind shut the window. Can you help me, I'll find out any other additional information you need from me to help you. Thanks in advance for trying to help me.

Thanks for your post! It sounds like the worm gear inside the operator has become stripped. To repair the window, you'll need to replace the operator.

I'll need to see a photo of the operator arm to confirm the correct replacement match for it. You will need to open the window to obtain this photo.
