Need the left hand tilt latch

Searched patten number and got this web site. I need the left hand side. I compared it to the right hand side to show where the pulling tab is broken. The first pic is an optical illusion as the length from end to tip is 3" . The other measurements can be seen with micrometer.

The number on the back of the part I need is 9D. It also has a 075 and the paten #5,139,291

Please help!! Need this $5 part to sell a $200,000 house!
