Sorry, but I don't have any numbers nor photos of the uninstalled unit. I can obtain them if needed. It is at my BIL's house 90 minutes away.
The unit functions fine, except when trying to lock it using the key.

Thanks for posting. Take a look at our 82-400 Handle set, which was commonly used on Atrium doors. See if it matches up to yours.
