Need the part in the picture AND the guide that goes on the window to which that this part attaches

I believe that you call the part in the picture an "Egress Roto Operator" and I think the part I need is part number 39-386 (I still want your expert confirmation). I also need the guide to which the wing from the Roto Operator attaches to move the window. Lastly, if you have the sash piece that covers the Roto Operator I am interested in that as well.

The length of the "arm" on the part in the picture is 11 inches.

The width of the window measured from the outside is 27 inches.

From the inside looking out it is the left window that opens.

The latch that locks the window closed is in middle of the window (closer to the top than the bottom).

I need the guide to which the wing from the Roto Operator attaches to move the window (part # please). I also want the sash piece that covers the Roto Operator if you have it.
