Need the pivot shoe but don't know witch one it is!!!

Thanks for reaching out. I believe the pivot shoe you'll need is the 15-216 T-Lock Pivot Shoe. You'll need to remove your existing hardware and compare the dimensions to confirm it is the right one.

If you also need to replace the balances, I'm happy to recommend a replacement for them, but I'll need to see a photo of our the balances installs at the top of the window channel.
