Need the plastic part on this Anderson awning window

The left-hand slider is broken, tenant tried to repair with tape! It's got a rivet, so I assume I will replace that with a bolt and nut.

That definitely looks like it's Andersen brand, so my recommendation would be the 36-083 shoe kit. Let me know if you agree.
