Need the replacement balance

Question

I placed an order and had to return it. I had got the wrong part, I am trying to see if y'all could help me identify this window balance. The ones I had ordered was 9/16, they were too big. 28" was the correct length, just had the wrong diameter.

We can't make out exact dimensions from photos but take a look at the S900-28 spiral balance with a 3/8" diameter housing tube. These balances are offered with yellow tips to support a window sash between 24 to 34 lbs. Review the specifications to see if these could work for your repair. Thank you.
