Need the rotational shoes

A quick learner from Germantown, TN says:
We have Pella double hung vinyl windows. The spring loaded mechanisms pictured are intact and operational. I need 4 locking rotational shoes as pictured.

Hello there!

Our 15-195 closed cam shoe was the first part to come to mind but I recommend you remove yours from the window and compare the specifications to confirm. Please note that when the shoe fails, the balance assembly usually isn't too far behind. You should expect balance failure within a couple of years. Just something to keep in mind!
