Need the slide door handle and lock replacement

Question

I need a replacement for the door handle and thr lock. The handle is measured 5" from hole to hole. Lock measured 3-4"  and about 1" wide

Is the hole spacing on your old handle set 4-15/16" (the distance between the center of each mounting hole)? If so, see our 82-080. As for the mortise lock, see if the 82-269 matches up to yours. Thanks for posting!
