Need the spring coil part window

Coil in the picture. The window just doesn't go up and down and it's 150 pounds to do it

It appears that the pivot shoe is missing the cam that the pivot bar on the bottom of the window sash engages with. Please review the overall style and dimensions of the 15-180 pivot shoe to confirm a good fit!

If new coil springs are also needed, see the Series 190 coils. The original coils should be stamped with numbers that indicate the weighted option needed. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward. Thank you!
