Need the window crank operator

Question

Hi,

I have the K&K castman window. The crank operator is broken. It won't close the window. I have attached a few pics. Can you please find me to identify the correct part for this.

Your operator looks like an EntryGard Dual Arm Operator, 39-032 or 39-031. Please compare your arm measurements to ours to see if this will be a good match. See 39-107 for the cover and 39-114L for the replacement handle.
