Need these guides

Question

My husband and I repurpose furniture. Many of the French Provencial Look dressers have these guides but usually several are broken or missing. I have searched but can't seem to find them anywhere. Can you help?

I've seen this guide a couple times in the past, but I don't think it's made anymore. It appears to function very similarly to our 32-083, though. Could you use this as a substitute?
