Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-111. Review the specifications below to see if you agree.

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your tilt latch but our 26-243 and 26-244 are similar. Please note that ours does not have the same curved locking tooth, which would interfere with the balance assembly in some cases. Your latch also has holes on the bottom, which ours do not have.
