Need these replacement parts for 14 windows

Question

Hello I need to replace the spiral balances, pivot shoes and sash locks on 14 windows. The spiral balance measured 28 inches and they are 3/8'. The pivot shoes and sash locks are broken as shown in the photos.  I would also need the spiral balance covers if you have those. Any help you can provide me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for writing in. Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-212. If your spiral balance's outer tube is 3/8" and 28" long, then see our S900-28. It looks like you might need the Yellow color tip option, for a window sash that weighs 24 through 34 lbs. If you're uncertain, weigh your window sash to be safe.

For the tilt latch, can you provide us the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole? From there, we'll narrow down possible matches.
