Your tilt pivot resembles the 95-182. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours.
As for the slide latch, we did carry a pair similar to yours at one time but, unfortunately, they were discontinued and we have not been able to locate suitable replacements. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this part of your repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
As we mentioned in our last response, we did carry latches like yours at one time but they are no longer available. Despite our best efforts, we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement since not many companies are still manufacturing these older parts for storm windows. We apologize for the inconvenience.
