The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel ought to measure 14-7/8" long but you can always check to make sure as custom orders are nonrefundable.

I just need a few more details to get this moving for you. Can you confirm if the top fitting of your balance is winged or not? Can you also confirm the number of balances you'd like to order?
