Need this latch for window

Please help me to obtain this part.
I have order 90-274 which was incorrect and I need to return.
Order number 1588998

please advise and how I can get the correct part and also make my return. Thank you

As for the lock itself, did you have the original on hand for me to look at? I'll have to see what you had installed in the first place before I can recommend a match. Can you also confirm the exact distance between the installation holes, center-to-center?

The one I ordered will not work it's installed on top the other is different.

Thanks for getting back to us. Just to confirm, you just need the keeper you show here, right? Was the lock that came with the 90-274 otherwise the same?

If all you needed was the keeper, then see our 90-257. Remove your original from the window and carefully measure it, then compare those measurements to the dimensions we show on the 90-257 store page. Let me know if they differ in any way and I can continue my search.
