My top to bottom mounting screws are 5-1/4" apart. The outer arm is 2-1/2" from hole-center to hole-center, and the bottom screws are 1-1/8" apart. I need this in white.
You have all the facts. I need the exact match of dimensions. Product code 39-025 is a match except for the 2-1/2 inch dimension.
I agree, our 39-025 looks like the best match we have. The size of the arm isn't that important; awning windows like yours have a lot of play in the linkage so you can get away with that kind of difference.
I'm afraid that's not possible. It's likely that you have an older version that's no longer made. As long as the other dimensions match, such as the installation hole pattern, there's no reason the 39-025 shouldn't work.
