Hello my name is James I'm from Mercy Housing and I'm trying to find these replacement parts for my window it's the balance locks or whatever they're called so the window can go up and down and it has a part number written on the inside of it it's 1 6 1 0 1 0 8 can you please help me try to find these parts

Thanks for posting! The hardware you have pictured here is the window pivot lock shoe. I believe it can be replaced with the 15-167 but you'll need to compare the dimensions shown below.

It may be a good idea to check for any damage to the window balance to ensure that it doesn't need to be replaced as well.

I was wanting to get it with the balance also along with that shoes so do y'all have that in a one-piece unit that I can just swap out on either side

Unfortunately, that isn't the way these balances and shoes work. They are two separately functioning pieces of hardware that work in tandem with one another.

I'm happy to recommend a replacement for the balances; however, I'll need to see a photo of them removed from the window. To identify the correct replacement, I'll need to see the attachments at the top and bottom of the balance and any stamps that could be on it.
