Need this part for Milgard Tuscany window

I need the replace the plastic part that holds the 3 springs. Windows are Milgard Tuscany.

Hello there. This looks like a 15-103 Quad Carrier. This system works with Series 145 Coil Balances. Let me know if you have further questions about any of this hardware.
