Need this part for casement windows

Sounds like you need a new operator. We can help, but we need more information before we can recommend a match. Please open your window and show me a clear picture of the complete operator mechanism, or at least as much of it as you can show us. Right now your picture shows the base, but that only tells half the story. We have to see the rest of it, too.
