Need this part for my windows

bought a house in FL and half my windows are falling down the clip which is held in by a screw at the top right and left of my window is dried out and cracked and need to find replacement for them can you identify it and send pricing Thanks

Thanks for contacting us. Looks like you need a new top sash guide. This could be our 18-166, but you'll have to compare your dimensions to ours to be 100% sure. Let me know what you think.
