Need this parts for encasement wooden windows. Won't stay up, broken cords.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This is a very odd setup. It appears to be very old. Can you clarify exactly what you need? Your photos show a kind of frame bracket, but you mention that the cords are broken. If the cords broke then you need all new balances.

Assuming you do need new balances, please show me a photo of the assembly itself. I specifically want to see the top end, bottom end, as well as any attachments or fittings there may be.

Please also note that if this window is particularly old, we may not be able to assist. I'll do my best, but we need more data to move forward.
