Need this type of Channel Balance

I need a 27" channel balance with 19-005 top and 15-002 bottom. I can't find that combination in your parts list. How do I get the right channel?

We could make this balance for you. However, before we begin, can you tell me what number is printed on the metal channel itself?

The channel has 2630 imprinted on it. I need two channels.
