Your pivot shoe appears to match our 15-191 pivot shoe that's designed to use the Series 160 coil springs. Compare our dimensions with your old hardware and see if you agree. It also looks like your coil is stamped "#9" which indicates you'll need the S160-9 9 pound coil spring. For a new single coil support, see our 15-150S.
