Need three replacement balances two left one right.

Our Series 751 ribbed channel balance resembles what you show here, but your balance uses the 15-233 shoe, which means this must be a custom order. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel and the stamp printed on it? It looks like the stamp is 28TG, but we'd like to be certain.
Additionally, can you confirm how the balance mounts to the top of the window?
I also want to mention that we always recommend replacing balances in pairs. Pairing a new balance with an old one would only cause the new hardware to wear out much faster.
Based on the stamp, your metal channel should be 29" long. Can you double-check and confirm that you're measuring as shown below? Custom orders are nonrefundable, so we just want to be certain.

Please note that it's strange that the metal channels are 30" and stamped 28TG. We aren't sure if the window was repaired with the incorrect hardware, but our replacement balances will be made to match the specifications in this discussion thread. If any details are incorrect, we can't promise the replacements will work.
